I understand that my registration is not final until the organizer confirms my place and any required payment has been completed.

I agree to follow the festival instructions about payments, cancellations, schedule changes, venue rules, photography/video, and safety information sent by the organizing team.

If I can no longer attend, I will contact the organizer as soon as possible so my place can be managed fairly.

I agree to help keep the festival respectful, inclusive, and safe for dancers, teachers, staff, volunteers, and guests.

I will respect consent, boundaries, hygiene, class etiquette, venue rules, and the decisions of the organizing team.

I understand that harassment, discrimination, unsafe behaviour, or repeated boundary violations may lead to removal from the event without refund.
